Who is Review Harvest for?

Review Harvest is built for local business owners who want more 5-star Google reviews without the hassle. We work with home service businesses, tourism/rental businesses, and even franchises. Whether you’re a solo service provider or managing multiple locations, if you want more reviews without complicated software or complicated onboarding—this is for you.

Do you integrate with my CRM? How do I know?

We integrate with most major CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms. Including Jobber, Quickbooks Online, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Sweep & Go, Square, Zapier, and thousands more. If you’re not sure, search for your software here.

Is an onboarding call required?

Nope! Setup takes just a few minutes—so you could start getting reviews in hours. But if you prefer a quick walkthrough, or need help with the integration we’re happy to hop on a call.

How long does it take to set up?

Most businesses are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Just connect your Google profile, connect your CRM, and upload your personalized image. Then you're good to go! If you use a less popular software we can hop on a call with you to walk through the integration.

How long does it take to start getting reviews?

On average our users receive their first reviews less than 2 hours after launching their review reactivation. It depends on your customer volume, but we move fast.

When do you bill?

You're billed a month after your sign up for the 4 & 5 star reviews you received. So if you sign up June 4th you will be billed July 4th for the reviews received from June 4th - July 4th.

Do you bill for the reviews I get outside of Review Harvest?

Yes. We bill for all new reviews that appear during your active billing period, regardless of how the customer got there.That’s because we don’t just handle the request—we manage the entire review process. Do you offer subscription pricing?

Yes, if you prefer a flat-rate model instead of pay-per-review, we offer custom subscription plans. Contact us here for pricing.

How does the $299 monthly cap work?

You’ll never pay more than $299 in a single month per business, no matter how many reviews you get. It’s our way of rewarding high-volume businesses and keeping costs predictable. If we get you 150 reviews in a month you will be billed $299 not $1,500 ($10/review).

Do you offer franchise/multi-location pricing?

We offer bundle pricing for multi-location or franchise businesses. Contact out team here and we’ll tailor a plan that works for you.

Can you keep bad reviews from Google?

No, we can’t block or filter reviews. That’s against Google’s policy. But we can help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to maximize your chances of great reviews. We created Review Harvest because we know that 99.9% of customers are happy, but the 0.01% are the ones that leave a review whether they are asked or not. We exist to make it easy to get reviews from all your happy customers!

How often do you ask my customers to leave a review?

We recommend 1 initial review request post service then 3 gentle reminders. However this can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after service. We do not constantly request reviews from all your customer every week or month.

How does this work with recurring services? 

If you serve your customers every week and every week they got a review request and follow ups that would get annoying. We have a 30 day cool down period. This means if we request a review from Sally and she goes through the follow ups and never leaves a review. We will not message her for 30 days. After 30 days if Sally is still an active customers and hasn't left a review after her next service she will be asked to leave a review.

What is someone has already left a review?

If you get a new review while working with Review Harvest we will know what customer has left that review. However, we will not know what customers have left you a review before working with Review Harvest. Once a customer has already left a review we will no longer message them.

What is a personalized image review request?

This allows us to get your customers attention and give you the best chance of capturing a review. Instead of just sending a boring text that gets ignored. We are able to send a photo of you or your team and auto-populate the customers name on the image. This will lead to more reviews than you ever expected.

Do you have review widgets? What is a review widget?

Yes! A review widget is a small snippet of code you can add to your website to display your latest Google reviews automatically. It builds trust and turns more website visitors to customers. Check out our floating review widget in the bottom corner of this page.

Do you have social media review posting?

The ability to automatically create social media posts from your reviews and have them posted to Facebook & Instagram is coming this summer!

How many reviews should I expect?

Most users see anywhere from 10%-15% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers in your CRM we will be able to get you about 100-150 reviews in the first 4-6 weeks of working with us. We expect to get over 20% of your new customers to leave a review after service.

How does the review reactivation work?

We take your past customer list and drip out personalized review requests over time. This makes it look natural to Google and helps you turn old customers into fresh 5-star reviews—without lifting a finger. If you have 1,000 previous customers you will just upload them to Review Harvest and we will be able to generate 100-150 new reviews over the following weeks.

What about reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms?

Right now, we focus on Google reviews, since they have the biggest impact on local rankings and generating new customers. Facebook, Yelp, and other options are in development.

What countries do you currently support?

Right now, we only support businesses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This is due to SMS compliance regulations—we want to ensure every message we send meets strict carrier guidelines in each country. As we build support for additional regions, we’ll announce it. If you're outside these areas and want to be notified, reach out to us!

Are you HIPAA compliant?

Not at this time. While we do plan to become HIPAA compliant in the future, we're intentionally holding off for now. Once we become HIPAA certified, every future update—no matter how small—would need to go through HIPAA review processes, which can significantly slow down development.
